Project Workflow
Step 01 洽談與評估
私訊 / 信箱聯繫
初步討論需求,確認委託意向。
Step 02 報價與排程
確認細節
雙方達成總金額、動工
及完稿日期的共識。
Step 03 預約登記
名額保留
確認承接後完成登記,
進入預約名單。
Step 06 支付尾款
進入完稿階段
確認草稿後支付剩餘 80% 款項。
Step 05 草圖階段
結構與配色確認
動工後 7-14 天提供含底色草稿。
※ 提供 3 次免費修改機會,
此後不接受結構大改。
Step 04 預付定金
啟動專案
支付總額 20% 或全額。
確認入帳後正式列入排單。
※ 除不可抗力因素外,
定金不予退還。
Step 07 完稿確認
細節微調
提供成品檢視。僅接受微調
(如色彩、繪製錯誤),不改動結構。
Step 08 交付檔案
雲端結案
提供高解析度連結。
請於 3 個月內下載存檔。
詳細接案流程
1. 私訊/信箱洽談:討論詳細委託內容,評估是否承接您的委託(請參考 委託格式)。
2. 確認總報價與排程:雙方確認總報價金額、預計動工日與完稿日期。
3. 確認委託與預約:每月視情況開放限量名額,確認承接後即完成登記。已登記預約者,請於約定時間內支付定金以完成排單。
4. 支付定金/全額:支付總報價金額 20% 作為定金(或全額支付),款項確認後方開始繪製。
(※ 除創作者因故無法履行委託外,定金支付後恕不退款。匯款手續費需由委託人負擔。)
5. 工期與草稿確認:動工後預計 7-14 個工作天內提供「含底色草圖」。此階段擁有 3 次免費修改機會,請務必於此時確認結構、構圖與配色。
6. 支付尾款 ( 剩餘 80% 款項 ):草圖確認無誤後,請支付剩餘款項。收到款項後即進入完稿階段,不再接受結構性大改。
7. 完稿確認:繪製完成後發送成品供您確認。此階段僅接受細微調整(如:整體色彩微調、繪畫錯誤修正),不接受更動原草圖結構。(請參考 修改規範)
8. 交付檔案:完稿確認後交付雲端連結。請於 3 個月內下載高解析圖檔並妥善保存。逾期若連結失效需補發,將酌收檔案調閱費。
(※ 以上為私人委託作業流程,公司發案則比照合約規範進行。委託即視同同意上述規範。)
Commissioning Process
1. Inquiry & Consultation : Contact me via DM or email to discuss project details. I will evaluate the request based on the provided format to determine if I can take on the commission. (Check out the Commissioning Format .)
2. Quote & Scheduling : Both parties confirm the total price, estimated start date, and completion date.
3. Booking & Reservation : A limited number of slots are opened monthly. Your spot is secured once the commission is accepted. Please pay the deposit within the agreed timeframe to finalize your place in the queue.
4. Deposit/Full Payment : A 20% deposit (or full payment) is required before work begins.
(Note: Deposits are non-refundable unless the creator is unable to fulfill the commission. Transfer fees are to be covered by the client.)
5. Drafting & Review : Within 7–14 business days of starting, I will provide a "colored sketch." You have 3 free revisions at this stage to confirm the structure, composition, and color palette.
6. Balance Payment (Remaining 80%) : Once the sketch is approved, please settle the remaining balance. After payment is received, the project moves to the final stage; major structural changes will no longer be accepted.
7. Final Review : Upon completion, I will send the finished piece for confirmation. Only minor adjustments (e.g., color tweaks or fixing rendering errors) are allowed at this stage; changes to the original composition will not be accepted. (Check out the Revision Policy.)
8. File Delivery : Once confirmed, a cloud link will be provided. Please download and save your high-resolution files within 3 months. A retrieval fee will be charged for re-issuing links after they expire.
(Note: The above applies to private commissions. Corporate projects will follow specific contract terms. Commencing a commission implies agreement to these terms.)
