1. 委託成立
Commencement
報價後 14 日內需支付 20% 定金。
確認入帳後即正式納入排單。
A 20% deposit is required within 14 days of the quote. The project will be officially scheduled once the funds are confirmed.
2. 延期付款

如有特殊情況需延期，
請主動聯繫並提出具體日期。
If you require an extension due to special circumstances, please contact me proactively with a specific date.
3. 完稿階段
Completion Phase
草稿確認無誤後，請支付 80% 尾款。
確認入帳後即進入完稿製作。
Once the draft is approved, please pay the remaining 80% balance. Final production will begin after the payment is confirmed.

Booking Fee : A flat fee of 2,000 NTD (deductible from the total price).

Important Note : Please provide your "Maximum Budget" and "Requirements" in advance. If the final quote (after details are finalized) exceeds your budget, the fee can be fully refunded or applied to another project. If the commission is cancelled without a valid reason, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Note : For commercial commissions, it is recommended to have all materials ready before booking.

退款條款
Termination & Refund Policy
本委託適用法律上擔保契約履行之「定金」定義，付款後即表示同意以下條款：

草稿階段取消： 沒收 20% 定金（若已付全額，則退還 80%）。

完稿階段取消： 恕不退還任何款項。

惡意跑單： 若無故失聯或未依約付款，將列入公開黑名單並永久拒絕往來。
💡 溫馨提醒： 以上條款僅適用個人委託；企業發案請依合約執行。
These terms follow the legal definition of a "earnest money" deposit. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

Cancellation during Drafting : The 20% deposit is forfeited (if paid in full, 80% will be refunded).

Cancellation during Final Production : No refunds will be issued.

Ghosting/Non-payment : Clients who lose contact without notice or fail to pay as agreed will be blacklisted publicly and permanently refused future service.
💡 Reminder: The above terms apply to personal commissions only. Corporate projects will follow specific contract agreements.
